Yes, see my posts in the revision 2017 thread that have pictures of the entrance you go into at the hospital, where you report in ( only takes a few minutes to do paperwork). The desk you check in at is straight in front of the door. First desk to right is security. You and your wife will get a band, then beside that you sign in.Clipboard on desk. They will call you to do paperwork, then you go to the left ( if you are facing the check in desk) where the red painted columns are. That is the elevator. Good food at the food place there but don't eat now! Go to second floor and straight down the hall when you get off. Someone will meet you and take you to a room to get ready. Very efficient operation. Ask anyone if you need help. VERY nice people.

It has been a long day gentlemen, thus my forum name, longdayze. Plumber went first, me second. Dr. Kramer said it went well for both of us and would be posting our videos online this week. I stopped by Plumbers room on my way to the hotel, he was doing well, what I genuinely nice man. I also met his wife Sandy, he has a great support system and I hope that 3 is the charm on this latest revision. He has had many reasons to throw in the towel, but never gave up. Thanks to all our frank talk friends who support us when we're down, understand our frustration when we bitch, and cheer us on wth success. Also once again, I want anyone considering an implant to do your research. There are many doctors who do this surgery, but my guess that there are very few world class surgeons. I consider Andrew Kramer as one of the top in the field, and also one of the nicest people you will ever meet. The entire staff at U M Medical Center are top class, and I think anyone who uses this facility will be pleased.

Dr. Kramer even scolded me for coming over to sit on the bed to talk to him when he visited. The man has a system and I think a lot of thought went into it. Cheers!

Thanks for your kind words SAM!!! It was pleasure for me to finally meet you in person. You inspire pease, and also true determination to make it happen, even in the midst of the crazy snow storm.

I want to echo your words of wisdom, full of gratitude, towards the entire UMMC. I cannot stop to chat with my wife about how gratifying was to visit an organization, specifically a healthcare one, in which EVERY single one of their members went above and beyond in order to provide the best service they can. We did not feel like a number; we were treated as people.

About Dr. Kramer: I can say a lot here, but I just want to summarize it in a few words. He is both, a world class person and professional. The best doctor that has treated me. I feel that I owe him so much.

Agreed it was the most awesome medical experience I ever had. We want to visit Baltimore again due to the great welcome we had there 2 weeks ago.
It is nice to feel part of a plan rather than an experiment.
