Go to the thread, "Size with the Implant" and search for the post that gives a link to the research paper by Dr Caraceni, et al. (Search on "Caraceni")

As I've related here before, when I got my implant in 2008 Dr. Kramer's instructions included no instructions as to cycling. My length was the same post-implant as it was before the surgery. I started inflating the implant when my scrotum was healed sufficiently, probably at about 2 months. A rigorous cycling protocol may have some effect in general, but apparently I didn't require one. I have inflated mine quite rarely (less than once a month) and have seen no change in length in the 9 years I've had the implant.

My doctor instructed me to cycle 2 to 3 times a day for 18 weeks. I am 13 weeks out and cycle 3 times a day at least. It is adding size.

Dave, I believe cycling is something that has come into practice in the last few years. Perhaps in 2008 Dr. Kramer wasn't aware of the benefits. And I'm sure some men don't require cycling.

True enough - I don't know what his current practice is. And maybe I could have benefited somehow from an aggressive cycling routine - who knows? But in my case it wouldn't have mattered anyway.
