How to measure stretched flaccid

I'm going to measure my stretched flaccid cuz I'm told surgeons consider this when sizing. Do you pull on the skin, press the ruler to pubic bone and measure to the absolute tip of the skin?

They stretch the flaccid penis and measure from pubic bone to the tip. Do your test on a warm day, ha!!!

When the doctor is measuring the penis, do they press hard against the pubic bone or it is soft?
And Do they strech hard the penis?

In case by "skin" you mean foreskin, measure just to the tip of the head, no further.

I think the technical term is "meatus" (look it up). Not the foreskin, but the tip of the penis where the urethra ends and urine comes out., it would be the "urinary meatus".

This is not measuring to the thousandth of an inch. Flesh is stretchable. Some men have foreskins and some don't and the foreskin is not really part of a man's erection, anyway, so including it makes no sense.

The implant goes into the bottom part of the head, but not into the foreskin. That remains as it was before.

What they do during surgery is actually measure the corpora both inside the body and externally in the penis to get the total length. They use a metal, graduated rod. From these measurements they determine the length of cylinder to implant. My surgeon did not do the stretch test ever.

Why are they measuring stretched flaccid and not erect length though? My length flaccid is about half my erect length.
