I've read in other threads that the good surgeons will remove any scar tissue that's accessible when they put in an implant. When they do that, does the patient regain any length he lost due to the formation of that scar tissue?
The largest area of scar tissue I had was on the left side at the base of the penis. It was that tissue that bent the penis to the left about 20 degrees.

Re: When the surgeon removes scar tissue
I too had Fibrous (scar) tissue on the lower left side which prevented the implant from being placed correctly. Dr. Kramer used some other medical tools to break through and expand the area so the implant could be placed. I didn't see him remove per say any just break/expand the area to accomdate the implant. A little more bruising but no additional pain in the area. Very pleased with outcome and would do again in a heart beat.
Implanted March 2nd by Dr. Kramer with AMS/LGX. Had a problem lower left (scar tissue) and he placed a larger (thicker) implant as you can here on the YouTube video. Got all back, ED over 10 years before Implant.

Did you regain any of your pre-scar length?
Re: When the surgeon removes scar tissue
I have peyronie’s without scar or fibrous tissue. I was told by my doc that if he had to remove fibrous or scar tissue I would lose length. I still lost 3/4" but gained back 1/4" by inflating aggressively.
