floppy head, after implant

I have read about others who also have a floppy head,which makes intercourse impossible.

I have an AMS LGX, installed about 1 to 2 years ago. The inflation tubes are about 1/4" to 1/2" short of the glans. My URO says the tubes can't go any further because of lack of use!
My URO says he can do a surgery that will pull the head back. I don't want to do that.
I think, when he installed the tubes, he did not insert the tool used to clear a pathway for the tubes, all the way to the tip.

I would like to hear from others with this problem. And if there is a solution.
I am thinking about seeing a different URO to find out if a reinstall is possible or if my URO is right about lack of use and the tubes can't go any further.
