The difference is the pronunciation, but yes, it brings a lot of kind of jokes.
54 years old, happily married for 30 years to a beautiful & outstanding lady. Onset ED at 49. Finally fixed on 11/08/2017 by the master Dr. Eid with a Titan XL 26, no RTEs! Previously had 3 AMS implants (LGX & CX), all botched.

Just wanted to make an update after 3 weeks healing of my revision op. Length has come back but maybe half an inch shorter although I haven't inflated yet so hoping a little might come back with regular pumping. Glans is much better supported now so just looking forward to using it. Been told not to inflate for 6 weeks so 3 weeks left to go! Anyone using Mr Ralph in the U.K. Can rest assured he's done a better job this time with the revision. Pray for
My half an inch though eh ;) (was 5.5" before op) It was 4" immediately after the revision op so a bit scary but can breath out now a bit.
