65. Married to the love of my life for 45 years. ED since 1998, Viagra worked then quit. Vacuum pump and constriction rings. then tried injections, one semi-successful, remainder were a flop. Implant with Dr. Kramer on 6/21/17 AMS 700 21cm+ 2cm RTE.

What I didn't understand about Dr. Eid's dissertation, however, was under Post-op, where he states the cylinders must be kept deflated for 3 months after surgery so that the reservoir will stay filled for scar tissue to form around it. Then the next paragraph states that the device must be inflated and deflated as soon as possible to prevent shortening of the penis. Can someone explain this to me? I've had 2 vodkas tonight, am I missing something?
