Many people who have been implanted express some kind of feeling of inferiority. It seems like one has to apologize for being superior to 99% of the rest of the males, age regardless, in the world. In talking to my friends, those that still can get hard on's, they are now taking ED drugs beginning in their 40s because they have failed at least once and it time that made them feel bad enough to fortify themselves.
My strong feeling is that we are superior and that what we did for our wife or for a girlfriend was a bold move to make them happy for the rest of their lives. We will never have to say that we're sorry that we can't perform, will never have to wait for a pill to kick in or not, and we will never have to shoot ourselves in the Dick with an insulin needle hoping that we hit the right spot.
Confidence is the key here and timing of the pump up and pump down is important. Most women will not pay attention to you because you're going to do it while you go take a leak and she wont even see it. Afterwards, You will reach under the covers with your left hand and partially deflated by just punching the release button and she will not notice it. The cool, stay cool and remember that you are superior to others.
REMEMBER THAT MOST HUMAN BEINGS HAVEN'T HEARD OF A PENILE IMPLANT. PLUS YOU LOOK NATURAL FLACID.
How should I tell women about my implants?
Re: How should I tell women about my implants?
puh-leeeez .. what is wrong with you guys? why all this neuroses and subterfuge? just tell 'em! they don't care! in fact every girl i've been with since my surgery thinks the whole thing is fascinating!
look, here's what i do: at any convenient moment between talking about sex and dropping my drawers i just say, "hey, i have something i want to show you." i pull out my phone and show her a pic of an implant. "ever seen one of these before?" sometimes yes sometimes no. "i lost my sexual function so last summer i had surgery." then i show her a cutaway diagram of an installed unit. "see? these tubes go in here .. this reservoir goes up here .. and see this bulb? that's a pump and it goes down here." then i move on to the unveiling and let them feel things out. "ok watch this .."
showtime
my experience has been that it actually piques their interest! there is absolutely NO reason to be anxious or embarassed about having a robocock. right? you have a bionic dick! be proud! seriously i'll talk about mine to anyone who's interested at the drop of a clue. all my friends know about it and every stranger who happened to overhear our conversation.
once you have surgery there's no going back. you're all in on this deal and you have a winner, it's ok to show your hand

Re: How should I tell women about my implants?
I totally understand the issue.
Even though I am married, and of course my wife knew about the implant from the first minute, I still thought it was awkward to pump in front of her etc.
It would have been a hundred times more awkward with a new partner.
In my case, this awkwardness has disappeared over time.
My advice to you guys thinking of this as an obstacle for getting implanted are these:
What is more embarrassing: Getting that woman in bed and then not getting your dick hard enough to have sex?
Or pumping your dick up in the WC before sex - or even in front of her - and then be the best lover you possibly can be, with no issues from the erection point of view. All up to you how you use it.
What is more embarrassing, seeing your dick go limp during foreplay, seeing your woman get up, get dressed and get home, or having great sex and then getting asked by the woman what that hard thing she felt in your scrotum was?
Just ignore the downside of it, focus on the upside. You pump your dick up, and then it stays up till you decide it should go down. Nothing in the whole world can make you fail to get erect, or to lose your erection. Nothing. Nothing. How great isn't that? Focus on that instead of the possible awkwardness of being asked why your dick is so hard and why you can keep fucking for two hours, and what that hard thing in your scrotum is. Just tell her, if asked, that you had an accident and you needed surgery, all is fine, don't worry. I am sure a casual partner wouldn't keep asking after that, and she would for sure not reject you because of that. No way. And when/if things get serious, just tell her the whole story. Once there are serious intentions from her side in the relationship, nobody would back out because of this.
Change the focus of this whole issue. Realise that the upsides way outweighs the downsides.
