Sounds awesome. I can hardly wait to get one that works. I have never been a shower, hope it's the same for me as for you.

Woohoo, I look forward to this. I am a grower as well. But I am nervous as heck.

Really, don't sweat it. Although mine had to be removed because of infection, before I could use it, the procedure was uneventful. A little pain after but they give you meds for that. I have a great surgeon... I don't blame him for the infection. I can hardly wait for round 2. Really... be at peace.

Larry:
Before the urine test that confirmed you had an infection, what was your symptoms?, How did you know you had an infection? You must have had pain, but where? When one had a UTI, is usually the tip.
Thank You

Shaman;
Before I say anything else, let me say that I was a paramedic for the county of Hastings for 15 years. Now... I had pain near the incision and swelling in the entire pubic region. I felt that was normal and confirmed it with my surgeon. Then I had a slight fever one day and normal the next... then a low grade fever for a few days. Then I started hallucinating but didn't know it and my family thought I was just talking and acting out in my sleep, until my wife finally got worried and told me. I told the local urologist who was looking after my post op care (I was a 7 hour drive from my surgeon just to have my sutures and wound checked). He was worried and told me to get to the surgeon. I was able to make an appointment within 36 hours. I was in the surgeons office less than 20 minutes and I was admitted an on the table the next morning. I almost died from septic shock. Yes, I lost the implant but I go back in November to get it reinserted. If you have ANY doubt, get to a doctor quick... maybe they can get it taken care of before removing it is the only option.

Good Luck

Larry
