I been trying this technique and is better than jus deflating, if I pumped one time after deflating, it stays flacid for several minutes and then again it gets semi erect, better than before. I guess that I have to wait 3 months.

I don't get any re-inflation....I follow what my urologist told me and so I give the bulb one squeeze to make sure the little valve pops back across to block backflow.

Totally agree with Tangerine on everything he says above. I actually enjoy being partially inflated...it 'feels' great. The only time I fully deflate is when I go surfing because it's just too damned prominent sitting on the front of my balls like it does and obviously surfboards are hard and flat. The other situation is when getting a massage- after 45 mins laying on a flat surface it gets a bit 'antsy.'

What lucky men we are and how fortunate are we to have this forum, it's just not possible for me to discuss what I now have in my jeans with my peers. NONE of MY friends or colleagues have ANY form of ED!!
The dozen or so I have mentioned ED to are all still super-studs and don't need any help WHATSOEVER!!! No Viagra, No Cialis and No Injections!!
What bullshitters they are......the data shows at least 4 of them are struggling right now and another 3 will join them soon. And because they are MEN they won't discuss their problem and find out just how good a Titan or an AMS or any implant for that matter works, and how much confidence and self esteem having an implant re-instates!

Us? Well most of us are laughing all the way to the bedroom...or bathroom...or backseat of the car or maybe even a stairwell... because--BINGO!! We will never suffer from STAGE-FRIGHT.....ever again!!!!

Every time I deflate, minutes later, I am not completely deflated anymore.
I read that this is not a Titan issue but a user error.
I never had any similar issue with the AMS.
I not yet ready to compare both yet, I really don't care which is better at this stage, but I would like to know if there is a way to better use what I currently have implanted.
Is there any method to completely get rid of the back flow?
If there is no way to get completely deflated, other than the feeling, is there any bad consequences with the back flow?

I also read that with time the back flow gets better, can someone please confirm this.
Thank you

I asked my surgeon about Titan vs AMS and he said both have their ups and downs. Depending on the patients history will depend on what he recommends, but he does use more AMS.
