Mine is firmer than when flaccid. Not floopy but not hard. Just like my wife likes it.

Should be firm, but could not be engorged since it needs sexual stimulation to get the extra blood to get plumped.

The tip of my cock is more "spongy" than where the two chambers of my implant are. From where my implant ends to the tip of my cock is about the size of my pinky fingernail... roughly 3/8". It's kinda like when getting fitted for new shoes and feeling where big toe ends!

The head of the penis is by design totally unaffected by the implant.

Give it a bit of more time for attaining the full stretch before evaluation of being undersized by surgeon.

I learned from a doctor who spoke to a prostate cancer support group that the engorgement of the head (when it swells up because we are aroused) is a completely different process from an erection (which makes the shaft hard). The implant "just" makes the shaft hard; it depends on the guy as to whether or not the glans swells up -- but it has nothing to do with the implant, I understand.

I'm not complaining! I think it's perfect this way!
