High and tight balls

18 cm no RTEs implanted Nov 30th of 2016 by Milam. NIGHTMARE!! Revision june 6th by Kramer 22cm 1.5 RTEs. Ever since 1st surgery balls have been high and tight. Tried everything I KNOW to do (warm/hot soaks etc) Nothing makes them "hang". This is costing me at LEAST an inch... advice? Suggestions? Any help appreciated. Also anything i can do in the meantime or if they never "hang" out of the way... rings dont work BTW.. Tried that already.....
