I to have peyronies with a 65 degrees up would bend. The uro I'm going to in Brisbane wants to do a repair and a implant at the same time. He said that way he can give me more length than just doing the peyronies repair alone, due to the amount of repair work also could result in bad ED if he just did the repair.

nudist,
A Titan or AMS CX are generally used for peyronies ... both have thicker cylinder walls, which helps straighten out the curves, etc. How severe is your peyronies? Most Insurance balk at paying the surgeon the extra time needed for (severe) scar tissue removal. A little "modeling" (light scar tissue removal) may be done then the Implant is inserted ...

The general "rule-of-thumb" is to pull your flaccid penis straight out, as far as possible ... now look down, that is about the length size you will get from an erect Implant.

bionic:
mine is pretty severe. the dr. didn't hesitate to say he would use a coloplast. didn't think there would be any insurance problem, although I still haven't found out my share of the cost of the device.
updated: 70 y.o., implanted with titan nov. 3 by Dr. Brady in orlando to correct peyronies. 20 cm with 3 cm RTEs. due to the severity of the peyronies, some internal excisions were made scrotally, recovery will probably take a little longer.

nudist,
As for the cost ... if you are to be an "outpatient" (in and out the same day) mine was about $20,000 ...

Guys that stay overnight generally are billed around $50,000 ...

An Ipp (inflatable penile prosthesis) is an AWESOME cure for Peyronies Disease if you also have ED. The implant straightens it effectively!
