Trouble orgasming after RP and implant?

I've have extreme difficulty climaxing with my limp dick (or even my semi-woody when injecting). Looking forward to having a real woody to use alone and with my wife.
Wondering if any of the bionic brotherhood who lost their prostate have had similar experience, and whether the implant helped.

rad - I had the same problem pre-op and post-op. I think I lost a lot of sensitivity from the surgery. I'm 5 mos out and still haven't been able to orgasm during sex. At first (post op) I could orgasm by masturbation but only with great effort. With cycling & daily stimulation I'm finding my cock is becoming more sensitive each day (especially the glans) and I'm able to have an orgasm easily now with masturbation. I'm on the edge of being able to orgasm during sex and I feel like it'll be happening soon. Sex lasts as long as we want and sensations continue to be more incredible each time. Ask me again after tonight.

I did not have any problem climaxing after my prostatectomy in 2000, but my wife and I couldn't have intercourse because I couldn't penetrate. The implant solved that for us, and man, are we happy!

You will enjoy your future with your implant. I don't know if it will have any effect on your ability to climaxing or not. It did not have a huge effect with me after my implant. On occation am able to climax but not ejaculate. I lay my problems to hypertension and the meds I take for that plus a severe back problem.
We do enjoy our sex life with my bionic but I miss being able to ejaculate. One my great thrills for the past was right after my vasectomy being able to penetrate my wife deeply and ejaculate deep inside of her. But today that is just a fantasy.

I too am dry but my orgasms are incredible. I think radiation for prostate cancer killed my prostate. No messy clean up.

Yeah. Dry orgasms here as well but super powerful. Much sensitivity ! Have been this way since RRP but was a hassle for intercourse with injections, tri-mix & pump. Im six weeks post op plant & have not been released for intercourse however i have received oral without being pumped up & gotta say it is really very sensitive. Orgasms are mind blowing with my eyes rolling in my head !

Not able to orgasm yet at about 10 weeks post implant revision. Hopefully it will improve... Had somewhat similar "numbness" issues with original implant also, but it got better after several months...
