I also have BCBS of Texas through my employer. Just got insured not too long ago. I'm also going to see if I can get them to pay for the procedure otherwise I'll be paying out of pocket. I only want Dr. Kramer to operate on me and will be talking with them again in the next few days. I'll keep y'all posted.

So I called Dr. Andrew Kramer's office and was told that Texas BCBS HMO does not cover out of state care, it has to be BCBS PPO so it'll have to be an out of pocket expense for me :(

I just had an imprint done Tuesday I have keystone bcbs they paid everything less $600.00 deductible. You need a doc who makes the case. My guy did a great job. I still feel like I got kicked in the nuts by a Clydesdale. Good luck
