Not so gruelling ......it's probably more about getting into a routine.
After sex and on the odd night off, I pump up to max for 15mins as a bare minimum, then let it down to go to sleep, if I have time I leave it up longer.
Same in the morning, as soon as I wake up I pump up.......always to painful level and take it in the shower with me.
As for sex, my GF doesn't enjoy herself as much bonking with it really stiff as she does with just a little let out from 'steel pole' hardness level, but I figure usage of any type helps get the implant running to optimum.
I am happy with my (almost) 170mm length and am working to get a little more girth which is around 140mm at the moment......I am pretty sure the cycling is working for girth but I don't think my length will change much......it seems improbable that the cylinders will (or can) lengthen beyond where they are but it does seem feasible that they can widen.
