QUESTIONS??

Postby nbriley » Wed Aug 02, 2017 8:56 pm

I have had ED for over 25 years now, pills did not work, I had diabetes and kidney failure and received a pancreas and kidney transplant 25 years ago, no diabetes since the new pancreas but lost my erections and was put on trimix for almost 18 years before it stopped working so now I have been reading FT for a couple weeks now educating myself on implants which I feel is the way to go, my main problem is finding a suitable doctor in my area, Destin FL, there is a group in Pensacola and another group in Panama City which I went ahead and made an appointment with next Wednesday to get things started.
Should I go somewhere else in Florida or another state? From the time of your first visit to the scheduling of surgery, how much time passes?
I've read thru most threads and there are some good doctors in Fl but need some advice.
Pump, pills and Trimix no longer work

I have heard, and has been highly recommended to me Dr. Carrión, which is located in the Tampa area.
54 years old, happily married for 30 years to a beautiful & outstanding lady. Onset ED at 49. Finally fixed on 11/08/2017 by the master Dr. Eid with a Titan XL 26, no RTEs! Previously had 3 AMS implants (LGX & CX), all botched.

I have had implant surgery with both Dr Perito and Dr Carrion and they both do a great job. Dr P did my first implant in 2014 and Dr C did revision 2017. Titan failure.

Good luck

Florida has lots of awesome implant urologists. I found one here in Central. I couldn't be more pleased with the results. I'm 10 months post opp. No complications whatsoever. I love the results.

I swear by Dr. Scott Caesar in Cape Coral, but that is 'way down in SWFL. Dr. Perito is well liked by many, but he has a checkered history with the law. The all-around best bet in FL is Dr. Carrion in Tampa. Everybody speaks well of him, even Dr. Caesar. If I lived in the panhandle, I'd find a way to get down to Dr. Carrion.
