As to circumcision scar, you have a rather loose circumcision, apparently done with a Gomco clamp. Gomco leaves a typical fairly dark scar. Your implanted erection is just a bit longer than before, which means the skin is stretched slightly more. That spreads out the Gomco scar just enough that it isn't as apparent now.

I find it interesting that almost all the photos on FT are circumcised, and most of those show hardly any visible scar. I, for one, have no visible scar at all, due to the exceptional skill of Dr. Harold Reed in Miami, who did my circumcision revision.

It is by no no means a weapon of mass destruction, but I am pleased. Thank you for agreeing with Donnie. I have no clue what the Gomco clamp is ...sounds scary ...LOL... Heck it was done 52 years ago at birth.

This will be interesting to compare, I can post a picture when I get home. Michael and I had the same surgeon do our implants. We both got Titan 22cm and our surgery was only a day apart. we are both almost at the 6 week mark and have been cycling for about a week. The only difference is he has a 1.5 cm RTE and I have a 1 cm RTE.(1/4 inch difference) Looking at his picture he is a good 1 1/2 inches longer then mine. So don't even know what that tells me except everyone reacts different to this implants. Not a one size fits all or the same size implant does not always give the same results.

Thad... the length is determined by what you have prior to your implantation, this you already know. It is interesting that with the exception of the RTE, mine being only .5 cm longer than yours. That there is that much of size difference in our inflated state at this point in our recovery.

Yes but lets wait till cycling is done. I am dealing with this scaring I had and I have a little more wait on me. You don't look like you have a lot of body fat.

bbb2.5, Gomco Clamp is a rather complicated device that was used almost exclusively during the 30s,40s and 50s, for RIC (Routine Infant Circumcision). Properly used, it produced a nice neat, usually rather tight circumcision, and left a dark circular scar, which you seem to have. I think it is the best device available, even today. Look it up on the internet.

As to your 3", I heartily agree with everybody who is telling you you've been had. I don't think you absolutely have to see either Dr. Kramer or Dr. Eid, but you owe it to your wife and yourself to see somebody who knows what HE is doing. There are zillions of us here on FT who have had implants and wound up with exactly the same length as before the surgery. If you had it before you are entitled to have it afterwards.

There is, of course, one caveat. If you are overweight, you lose about 1" of visible penis for every 35-50 Lbs. you are overweight. That means you might have to weigh somewhere in the range of 300 Lbs. to get down to 3".

Please, do yourself a favor and get it looked at. Tell us where you are, and someone will suggest a good surgeon with whom he has had experience.

HA! I must be getting senile. That stuff about 3" was intended for MichaelM on a different thread. Good grief.

Thanks for the info on what the Gomco Clamp. Yes, I have a darker ring around the scar area , but it is not tight. I'm actually loose when flaccid and looks like I have some foreskin.

As for the rest of your post, you have me confused with someone else. I do not have a 3 inch penis. Mine is 6 inches when inflated.
It's cool.

bbb2.5, If you look at my next post after the 3" business you will see how it got there. My senile old brain was on a roll, so I went on into someone else's problem, but stayed on your thread.

They could do tight or loose with Gomco, but did loose on you. In the 50s and 60s, after the anti-circumcision women got going, RICs began to be done looser and looser. I guess they thought they were doing you some sort of a favor, which they were not. Nowadays they like to use the Plastibell, which makes more of a mess than it does a circumcision. I can go on and on about circumcision if you want. It's a favorite subject of mine.
