...would do it again in a New York minute. I think you'll find that's the overwhelming consensus of the posters here on Frank Talk...

I'm not quite two months post op and my answer is a resounding, hell yes! Now I hope I don't have to get another one anytime soon, but this is awesome. All I have to do is give it a few pumps, and I'm ready for action. No pills, no injections, no worrying that I can't get it up. So yes, id do it again!

Yes. Did it twice. No regrets for deciding to do it and it was a bitch to finally get one. Would do it again.
LGX 21cm .Milam 01/13/16. Horror; both service and surgical outcome. hated infrapubic installation. Kramer revision 03/01/17. 22cm Titan +1.5cm extender. Those who think their opinion is the only one that matters are a danger to themselves and others.

Due to an array of issues, I have undergone 3 implants, and sadly I am in a path of a 4th one. Even with such bad experiences, I don't regret the decision of doing it, just regret the surgeons I have used.
54 years old, happily married for 30 years to a beautiful & outstanding lady. Onset ED at 49. Finally fixed on 11/08/2017 by the master Dr. Eid with a Titan XL 26, no RTEs! Previously had 3 AMS implants (LGX & CX), all botched.
