6 1/2 weeks out from surgery. Have had sex twice. Couldn't orgasm first time; took me almost an hour of pretty raucous sex to orgasm the second time. Haven't had the problem (not orgasming) by hand.
59 years old - ED since 45; implanted 7/10/17 by Dr. Michael Herzog. AMS 700LGX, MS Pump; 18cm x 12mm

My first intercourse with my implant I couldn't climax inside my wife. I had to pull out and beat off (almost) and finish inside her. After a couple more time, I have a screaming orgasm every time we fuck. Sometimes every day! My wife loves my big bionic dick and so do I!

What about a prostate massager?
Would that help?
Thinking of getting implant. Have not done it because of the length I
have lost.

Sensitivity has increased actually since my prostate surgery. Was able to orgasm (dry) after that surgery without problem even when flacid. Since implant, a lot depends on the tenderness of my dick. No real problem reaching orgasm if i dont pump to rock hardness as that sometimes contributes to some discomfort. What i do find is that a second orgasm in the same day has not been possible whether it be in the same session or at night if i orgasmed in the early am. So, like others have said it is all getting better with time. Lets remember our dicks are one of the most sensitive areas on our body and with surgery we have exposed it to considerable trauma. Be patient. Keep pounding it. We still are much better off than we were pre-implant !
