Switching from AMS 700LGX to Titan

Sha, Why did you Choose a complete revision instead of corrective surgery? How old are you? I'm getting my ams pump replaced this mo. Was wondering about switching to titan.

How do you feel about the difference in the pump? I find the AMS takes a lot of pressure, which is hard on my thumb and also causes a bit of scrotum discomfort, it the Titan the same, less, or more for you?

Titan is easier for me to pump and the shape of the pump is more comfortable. I hated the big square block on top of the AMS. The corners jutting out made an uncomfortable situation worse. Titan has no pop or buzz and I find it a little harder to find the button to release as the pump rotates.

I am wondering if it is scar tissue that causes a much decreased girth in you. I have an AMS CX which per AMS expands to 18mm like LGX and my girth is 5.25 to 5.5 depending on degree of arousal. Even if there was no mass to the flesh of your penis which of course there is you would have 6x18 mm to go around the cylinders or 108 mm which is 4.2 inches. The flesh of your penis wrapped around the cylinders should be worth more than a 1/4 inch. Does Dr Kramer really think the Titan will fix things versus inflating daily to max for 6 months or more? Good luck and as others have said if it works is it worth the risk of a second surgery? Hard decisions
