I think that I have reached my max in length. Hard pressed I'm at 6.5" Thats about 1/4 to 1/2" shorter than what I could get with a vac pump. But I think the pump really doesn't give you your real length. The vac pulls more skin in the tube and with an erection you wouldn't have that. I am definitely shorter than 10 yrs ago though. But some of that is due to a little extra weight, and a lot to do with the ed and not being able to get a good full erection and keep it. And maybe my Dr undersized me just a bit. I dont know. The tips of the implant reach just over half way into the gland. But over all I'm happy with it.
In 3 days I will be at 1 YEAR. I have had no problems with it at all. Recovery was quick and relatively pain free. The first couple of day hurt but nothing bad. I activated myself at 9 days I think. Still pump to the max every morning and leave it pumped for 2 or 3 hrs. Will pump sometimes during the day. Or just when ever i I feel like it. I love that.
As far as sex and my wife comming around , that hasn't happened. I still hope but I don't think the chances are very good. But I wont give up and I wont let it get me down either. I like this feeling that I can have an erection any time I want so much that I keep a positive attitude about it. So much so that even though sex really doesn't look like its in the future, if the implant failed I would go through it all again and have it replaced in a hartbeat!
I really wish I would have known about this 10 years ago. Maybe things would be different, but too late for that.

I kind of agree with Tybeeman. If my wife were to completely reject me I could well be a deal breaker. As much as I love my wife I probably might have to find someone who would enjoy my bionic dick as well as well as love me.
I hope she comes around but it does not sound real promising,
