You can go to the Coloplast website and you can see a picture of the Titan including the pump. The release valve on the Titan OTR is about 1' above the pump bulb in your scrotum. You can feel the release valve, it feels like two opposing blocks. Firmly squeeze them with your thumb and index finger to release the solution from the implant cylinders. If you have the One Touch Release (OTR) you have close to 20 seconds after depressing to firmly squeeze your penis to drain the cylinders. Trust me, it takes practice.

If you feel the hard rectangular block on the top of your pump it's simple. The release valve buttons are on the ends of the block (not the long side). Just grab the long side of the block with your left hand, and then grab the ends of the block with your right hand index and thumb. Squeeze firmly to release the valve. If it won't go down enough, you may (once you get familiar with the buttons) trigger the release valve with one hand, and squeeze the fluid out of the cylinders with the other at the same time. In other words, squeeze your penis flat while depressing the valve buttons.

Is that as clear as mud or what?

I had the same problem. The resident who activated mine only did it once and then sent me home. I got inflated and couldn't get it down. I went to the ER at the VA and a URO resident showed me a trick for finding the release valve. Approach the bottom of the scrotum with your hand until you feel the pump. Then move up slightly and there is the release valve. Once he showed me that it helped a lot. Also he gave me, of all things, a key chain with a card showing the Titan OR and a tiny plastic model of the pump and release valve (this was attached to the key chain.) It really helped to see a 3-dimensional view of that part of the Titan.
