As a young man I enjoyed an active an wonderful sex life. At age 30 everything was going great and I had married a great woman who is still my wife today. We both have high sex drives and had sex often. Quite suddenly I was unable to get strong enough erections for penetration. We fumbled around it for a few months. My wife began to think I wasn’t turned on by her anymore. I was so frustrated. I found a well-respected urologist and made an appt. back then there weren’t the tests there are today and there weren’t the pills either. He had me take my pants and underwear off and lay back on the exam table. Along with an intern, they poked and prodded and then he said he was going to give me an injection. In minutes I had a rock hard cock. They went to see other patients and from time to time checked in on me with my still hard dick. He said since it was obvious I could get and maintain a strong erection that the problem was in my head. After changing insurance I had to find a new doctor on my plan and he immediately asked questions and connected all the dots and said it sounded like a Venous Leak. By then the Oenile Doppler test was available so he had me do that. The results were a pretty severe leak. When I saw the doctor again to get the results, he explained the position of the leak was why I sometimes got hard and sometimes didn’t. When I was in my back I got an erection. When I had been injecting or taking pills and then proceeded to do other things while waiting for my penis to get hard, it didn’t get hard because the blood wasn’t staying there, due to the leak.

It was such a relief to know and prove my problem was physical, but when I asked him if he patched the leak, it turned out not being that easy. Due to a job requiring international travel and not enough time for the implant, I continued fumbling around. Finally when I retired I was able to schedule the implant and now my wife and I are back to enjoying a great sex life.

The first time I got to have the shakedown cruise with the implant I discovered right off my lifelong career as the 2 pump chump had miraculously come to an end. My wife was a virgin when I met her so I'm what has been normal for her, poor thing. During the first ride she flat out asked "are you ever going to finish?".
