My remedy for cold glans.
My remedy for cold glans.
My glans always was colder than normal after pumping up my titan. I used a hair dryer, hot washcloth, or my favorite, a candle held below it to warm it up. I always pumped to the max until I could no longer squeeze the bulb. I recently tried just pumping up until the bulb started getting firm. With this method my glans is no longer cold. I think that pumping to the max must have restricted blood flow to my glans. Has anyone else tried this method? Might be just a fluke in my case.
Implanted with colorplast Titan 3 years ago. Davinci radical prostatectomy 6 months ago. Very happy with the outcome of both procedures.

I have experienced the same problem with cold glans. Glans are supposed to be a different blood supply than the corpus channels. Mine are cold even when not pumped to the max.

I'm 40 days post op and I now have sensation in my glans. For the first 33 days, I had no feeling in my glans, and I started to accept it. But afterwards, I started to get the feeling back. Like other posters indicated, before you get the feeling back in those numb area, from time to time, you'll feel this sharp quick shot of pain in the affected area. I still have numb areas on the bottom of my penis and on the scrotum above the incision. My doctor told me that all numbness should go away within 6-12 months.

I am 6 months post op. I have had the same experience as you have had. If I pump to 80% (plenty good for sex) My glans is normal and warm. If I pump to the max "nail driving hard", it blocks circulation to my glans and it cools off.
Age 75 Implanted by Dr. Andrew Kramer 03/22/2017. AMS 700 LGX 18 CM with 2 Cm RTE for a total of 20 CM. Previously used injections over 1000 no scarring

At 3 months, I'm in the same boat. Glad the numbness is starting to go away. And I reserve the "nail driving hard" for my cycling sessions, not lovemaking.

After I'm completely done, I'll often ask the girl to sit on my cock, just to keep me warm......

I didn't ignore the "candle comment." The idea of it just scared the shit out of me!
