I agree with all the posters above. Just one caution, for the first 10 days after the surgery. I could not do kegels and the musle that could move my penis was like it was not there. At one point, I thought that this is gone for over, but behold, by my activation date (21 days post op), the muscle feeling and the kegels were all normal.
