Simple qustion for you are you talking long partner or one night stand? My wife of 34 years like having a dick again .

I have read a couple of your post. An implant is something you consider in the future. It is the VERY LAST choice for ED. Since you can not complete a signiture block do not expect decent answers.
I promise you if my dick still worked I would not have one

Exactly Hugh, implant is the last resort when nothing else works. Stop worrying about it until you get to that point.

Well it is nice to be able to have sex again, but it's not a 100% fix. I still have issues with blood flow. As far as what women think of it. They are interested in its function, but you can lose the moment when you have to step away to pump it up. Very last option to consider.

Women Love it. Mine has been a huge learning experience for me. I had lost a lot of size before my implant. I was 7 x 7 15 years ago before two bouts with PC. I am the same size now as I was before my implant 5 1/2 x 5 1/2. I have learned the many women prefer the smaller member, and that i can actually do more with it. I am single and have multiple partners. I have never had an issue with my implant, and I can do things with it that I could never have done naturally. Having an erection for as long as you want or need it is awesome.

My beautiful Miss H loves my neverfail cock....the only issue is the one of satisfaction........ which is at 100%

Don't agree about losing the moment.....it's a non issue for me and my girl.....
and yes it really is the last option and it's always worth remembering everyone is different however, making the decision earlier rather than later may have huge advantages with regards to retaining length and perhaps healing time.

Of course there are many things to consider but in the end a reliable, working cock is the main game.

Please create a signature. It makes things much easier to answer your questions without asking a lot of questions. Here's how you do it Click on your name in the top right corner and select "user control panel"

Then under the big letters "User Control Panel" there is a row of words... select "Profile" Then down the left had side of the "User Control Panel" select "Edit Signature" (You might have Create Signature or something. I don't know exactly what you'll get because I already have a signature to edit)

Most guys put something like what I have, but you can put whatever you want. Here is mine: "AMS 700 (18 + 2 rte's). Implanted March 30, 2017 by Dr. Brock of London, Ont, CANADA. Great surgeon. Went in to septic shock and had to have implant removed April 29, 2017. Appt. for consult for second attempt is on November 24, 2017... I can't wait". From Belleville, Ontario CANADA.

Don't get too carried away with the doctor like his name, address, phone number, etc (anything that looks like advertising for him).. you can certainly say Dr. Jones (great
Dr.)

If you need further help, please ask, that's what I'm here for.:)

Many people do not support the "last resort" notion for an implant. The OP is 29 years old, what would injections get him? Maybe peyronie's or a priapism? It certainly won't cure his ED and there's no way it's sustainable for the rest of his life. In fact, I'm surprised doctor's let patients use injections. And to consider injecting to be more socially accepted than an implant? Think about the first time having sex with someone and saying hold on I have to inject my penis or explaining the prosthesic, I think the prosthesis is far more acceptable. Injections have no place in the bedroom. I'm glad many of you have enjoyed them but many also don't even consider using them. There are ways around the injections with insurance, a good doctor can facilitate this.

Not sure how ineffective the pills are but if you've determined you can't use them, I agree with not using injections, and you have determined your ED is permanent (only you and your doctor can do that) then you are out of options and you are at the last resort. If you get permanent ED at a young age you either continue to use pills until they totally quit or you get an implant.

Peyronie's: 6 months, indents cause loss of 0.5 inches of girth, fibrosis growing, caused ED.
ED: 10mg Cialis daily, getting headaches, not interested in VED/injections.
Considering implant to avoid a lifetime of cialis and to correct deformity.
