Well this seems pretty embarrassing...
With my CX I get very hard after six pumps. That's all. In a warm bath I can get in 2-3 more but the inflation starts to cut off my blood supply and I have to back off after about 30 minutes. It just tells me how small by dick really is. I lost 1 3/8 with my prostate and another 1 1/8 with the implant. But it's hard.

I spoke with my doc. I am simply using all 100cc of saline. Standard fill for 22cm is 93 to 96cc. Over the course of the year, my implant must have stretched some. I still get a very rigid erection.
I'll watch for changes, but I'm not worrying.

Hey Rocky. Once it goes flat, there's no way to pump anymore. It stays flat. I get around 30 pumps.

There are a few advantages to the pump 'caving'. 1) You know exactly when to stop pumping. You pump to the same point everytime. 2) the 'caved' pump is difficult to detect. You don't have to be concerned about your partner finding a golf ball in your scrotum
