It takes time ,but at 2 years shaving once a week ,still have to proceed with caution,Still get and occasional bloody mess. Ouch but it can be done.
Implanted 01/2016,AMS Cx at 56 had Ed for years ,On the pills (18yr) and injection (5yrs) married 37 years .Hope to use this inplant for years to come.

Took a long hot shower and shaved everything and it felt great!
Pump, pills and Trimix no longer work

I SHAVE ABOUT EVERY THREE DAYS AND HAVE NO TROUBLE. BALLS ARE NOT A PROBLEM AND I ALSO LOVE THE SMOOTH FEEL
Implanted March 2nd by Dr. Kramer with AMS/LGX. Had a problem lower left (scar tissue) and he placed a larger (thicker) implant as you can here on the YouTube video. Got all back, ED over 10 years before Implant.

electrolysis. Permanent fix. Doesn’t hurt with numbing agent applied.
ED 26 years. 1995->Pills->Shots->Implant penoscrotal Implanted Feb2021, AMS CX, 18 CM + 3 RTE, penoscrotal, 100cc reservoir. Looking forward to revision with a better Doctor.

I had laser hair removal... It really didn't work worth a shit and cost me $1300. I used Emla cream to numb it during the treatments. Pubic area is thinner but there is still hair on the pubic area and shaft. :(
