Pump/scrotum
Pump/scrotum
Hey guys. I'm relatively young (34), have had venous leak all my life, and feel like I'm generally putting off the inevitable by not getting an implant. The one main stopping block for me is the pump -- I met two guys for a show and tell, and I have to admit, the pumps are bigger and harder than I'm entirely comfortable with. Does everyone feel more adjusted to having the third member there over time? Does anyone feel like their pump isn't all that obvious to the eye or touch?
34, life-long venous leak, half-success with pills, little success with injections, considering an implant.

NYC: By and large, no problems with the pump. The "boys" get along fine with their new (2years) neighbor. Pump is innocuous to look at. If the scrotum is relaxed, a slight bulge at the bottom is visible. Unless you know what to look for and are looking for it you would never notice it. The pump is obvious to anyone touching you scrotum or engaging in ball play. IMHO a small price to pay for all the pleasure we gete from the implant.

Re: Pump/scrotum
In my case the pump is generally concealed. The only time I see it showing is after I have been swimming laps in a cold pool and my balls pull tight but the pump stays low in my sac. My implant doesn’t allow my dick to shrink so I wear it down in my speedo and it covers my pump.
For me there is no way around the fact you can feel the pump and tubing. I think we all have slightly different skin and stuff going on in our sacs. I also went to two guys for show and tell and one I could fell every component of the device and the other guy felt very natural and even had to direct me to his pump.
I think most of us just get to the point where we realize there is not a better alternative. I would rather have the pump and tubes obvious and be able to get a rock hard ereection to please my wife and myself versus not having an implant and not being able to enjoy sex. You likely aren’t at that point yet.
Best wishes,
Greg

Re: Pump/scrotum
I was implanted on Nov. 6, 2017, so very new to this, but I don't feel the pump unless I want to. I'm
actually surprised at the whole set up, I would have thought you would have to get used to the extra
parts there. That is not the case for me, I'm only aware of some of the tubing because it's not right, and will need correcting.

Re: Pump/scrotum
At week 7.5 post op I would say that the pump has now settled into its place
Most of the time. Some discomfort especially if I try to drive for too long. The worst pain is in my shaft itself which can be still quite severe and mainly onnthe right hand side of my shaft. Anyone else had/have this. My dick has taken to lying to the left and trying to get it to lie to the right is tough as it really feels to hard to force it that way. At night this pain can wake me. I only cycle once a day at present for fear of creating more pain and wondered on people’s thoughts on this??

Now Implanted 9/12/17. 52 years old with ED for over 20 years. Tried all the pills and injections. Update. Implanted with Titan 22 + 1. by DR Ralph Dec 9th London. Now in recovery and at 3 months feeling the journey was worth the pain.

No matter what you think of it... too big, too small, too hard, too soft... you either get the implant and fuck yourself silly for the rest of your life or you lay butt ass naked on you bed staring at your limp noodle wishing it would jump to attention and spit at the enemy.

I was concerned about being able to feel the reservoir or tubing, but I can't feel either one and don't even know where they are. The pump is out of sight and behind the balls, but of course can be felt by anyone touching the scrotum. Doctors must have pretty good control over where they place the pump, Dr Eid explained the different options and put it in a perfect place.nycmhkb1 wrote:Does anyone feel like their pump isn't all that obvious to the eye or touch?
What I'm most aware of is the stiffness of the cylinders when flaccid. Hope that will improve over time.
