Thanks for all the replies. I was able to pump up to 50 percent inflation but no more. Does the bulb become harder to squeeze as you near max inflation? Also my balls get swollen and scrotum sore. It takes me over 100 pumps to get to 50 percent inflation.

I don’t have the same implant but none the less that seems a mad amount of pumps just to get a 50% inflated dick. Something sounds wrong. Go to your surgeon ASAP.
Now Implanted 9/12/17. 52 years old with ED for over 20 years. Tried all the pills and injections. Update. Implanted with Titan 22 + 1. by DR Ralph Dec 9th London. Now in recovery and at 3 months feeling the journey was worth the pain.

It takes me about 10 pumps to get it ready for sexual activity. 100 pumps seems excessive.
52. Implanted AMS 700 LGX 12/5/17 - Youngstown, OH. Had ED issues as far back as I can remember. Tried all pills and injections for 20 years.
Re: First time inflating implant can't squeeze the bulb
Well maybe my grip is not strong enough to squeeze it sufficiently resulting in smaller pumps and thus it takes more time. I don't know was able to activate it so that tells me it's at least semi working. Unfortunately I used Kramer and he is halfway a cross the country so I cannot simply go in and have him look at it. I have emailed him and he sent me an email with further instructions on how to inflate which helped but obviously still having problems.
