An update at 12day POST op

Everything is healing good. No pain almost. I was left completely deflated in order to prevent pseudo-capsule formation arround the reservoir. I have the dog ears everyone describes. Today i attempted to inflate a little, the dog ears went away, i had a pain in the penis and the tips as expected, the i deflated a little. My activation is in 3 days xD.
Length: My pre-op lenght was 6 inches. I have a Titan of 20 cm. Now totally deflated i´m at 5,1". With arousal im´m 5,5" so i expect that after activation and with cycling i recover my orignal length with time.
The tips goes to the end, perfectly.
I post a few days ago about the pump and tubing. It is better, the pump is at the bottom but forward,and you can touch the tubing going from the base of the penis to the pump. That´s the only thing i don´t like but i think it´s acceptable. I think that any partner would notice it But i don´t care that much, im not ashamed, all the opposite. But it is clearly a NEGATIVE POINT. I have been trying to pull, break scar tissue in the shower and it got better, i think that there is room for improvement in this matter, i will post then how it evolves.

So all in all i´m really optimistic that it will be a good result. I´m happy but also prudent, it´s early, the fear of an infection continues, and i have to "test" my new HARDWARE

I mean we know the implant isn't invisible and if you poke and play with it enough you'll feel some harder plastic bits.
Even with the dog ears, nobody is going to look at it and say oh ya that's an implant.
My girlfriend has yet to feel it, I think she might be nervous, but hey this is who I am take it or leave it!
I know she'll prefer to take it she's chomping at the bit to take a ride.

But ya a girl yanking on it might notice and especially of course with ball play.
Really it's just a, "I had a bad sports injury and had to get some work done" no big deal type of thing I guess.

Well im resting on my bed, i was implanted today with a Titan.

A little of my story:
Im a 28 old guy. My ED started when a i was really young , i could have erection but were short lasting for normal intercourse. I think it was a venous leak. Viagra worked wonderfull initially but as my problem was no arterial, it was venousal, so with time i think the leak went bad with the viagra and started to lose efficacy. I had an injection doppler made that was done by an idiot who left me a scarr inside mi left corpora, destroying my abitility to get erections. With time it got better, i could achieve a penetrative erection por intercourse but only lasted seconds.

So i was always for the implant, because i did de research for many years, talked to many implantees of all ages i think that it´s a great solution, and in a way a "cure". It´s not easy to get the aproval being young and having nocturnal erection but patience was the key and now i have the reward.

My surgery was made in Argentina with the best implant surgeon from my country. It only costed 12.000 dollars EVERYTHING. He has been doing implant for at least 20 years, so i trust him.

He uses Coloplast Titan, don´t know why, did not asked. But that was also my choice because the better rigidity, width, and durability. But the AMS CX would also be good.

So here im´lying in my bed with some pain but tolerable, happy that the scarr of my left corpora did not complicate the surgery and hoping to not get an infection. I was left deflated so my reservoir is the focus of my pain. I think when i started cycling and with time i will get my 6 " Inch length with improved girth. I don´t desesperate about it. The important thing is to have something usable and rigid.

I love you guys, this forum was all to me. Im happy to be part of the brotherhood and i will help every one here.

Congrats young guy. I know all about how frustrating venous leak can be. I think I actually caused mine by injecting. Anyways, you won't have to worry about it not getting hard any more.

if you keep the incision clean and wear clean underwear daily, you should not get an infection.
Keeping up on vitamins and a good diet help too.

The incision was about 2x as large as my incision for my vasectomy.
some fluid/discharge is expected towards the end, it'll be itchy like a scab in the final stages of healing.
Don't rub or pick at it, everything will be fine

I noticed a bit more tubing at the front of my scrotum today which is probably what you're seeing too.
Still not something I would expect anyone to notice. Of course we notice because we are aware of it and stare at it more than others lol.
Like I said, they can't make the tubes invisible yet they gotta go somewhere

Hi agaain! Everything is going reaally good. My scrotum healed a loot, it´s getting down where it should be, it was like over the shaft of my penis before and i was worried it would interefere with sex, but now is good and also i can see that it will continue to improve. As is said before my tubing (the one that connect´s the pump with the cillinders) can be seen and touched, it´s at the base of my penis. This is the ONLY thing im not happy about, because i can´t fuck without explaining that i have an implant, it´s noticeable, but it´s ok, it will not interfere with sex, i will post a photo later.
That being said, im extremely happy. The pump is in good position, it works, it deflates easily.
The tips goes PERFECTLY into the glans, completely supported.
Im 5.5" (Previous 6") I was expecting that, i think anyway that i can recover it with time but it´s perfect anyway.
The girth is improved, i can´t believe the thickness of this thing! Even deflated.
The hardness is awesome, you can have a steel erection (not preferable for sex, unless you want to murder the vagina).
I could not inflate too much because of pain, but i think that the angle of erection is at 2 o´clock
The sensation and orgasm is like before.
My flaccid is not flaccid but is getting better, it points out between 3 and 4 o clock (closer to 3).

I have 1 negative and all the rest positive so for the moment i can say that im really really happy how it´s going.
I have yet to test it with my girlfriend. Today i had oral sex with her, we were really horny and i was tempted to fuck but i thought it was not THE moment. But in 2 weeks ...

I will continue updating, im really grateful with this site and as i said i will try to share my experience and help.

You need to push to the pubic bone to have a solid point to start. Thatbis pretty m6ch standard. Otherwise you will have inconsistent results
