I can’t believe it’s already 5 months since the rebirth of me, my penis, and my sex life. I feel like a new man. My wife even sometimes has referred to liking the “new guy I am married to,” because she notices a change, not only in my sexual abilities, but also my personality.
I have to say there is not a remarkable difference in my dick since the 3 month update and that is why I did not post a 4 month update. My erect size, both length and girth remain 6” and 5.5” respectively. I guess the one thing I can see changing is my flaccid look seems to be relaxing. I like the look and feel with just a few pumps to fill it out and that is what this soft photo shows. It is 5” and totally soft is 4.5”. Prior to implant surgery it was a retracted acorn much of the time and 2” under the best circumstances. My erection was 4.5”.
I am pleased I have retained my upward curve I had prior to surgery. It hits my wife in all the right places so it works for both of us. One other thing that is new for me is pubic hair. I started trimming and shaving when I was 19 and have rarely let it grow out since. I will likely trim it again when summer comes, but for now it is getting bushy.
I am extremely happy and my doc still thinks my AMS LGX will expand some. If that’s the case, maybe at some future date I will be back to my original God-given 6.5”. If not, who the hell cares? I am one happy fucker just being able to get it up, keep it up, and feel
All those great sensations that eluded me when I couldn’t get hard.

That is stunning. What a wonderful result! Very happy for you.
I'm considering an implant. My doc says I should do it, and I've been nervous about it. Great info from people here that share. Thank you. Makes me feel better about the idea. My numbers now are similar to where yours were before. If I got that result I'd be ecstatic.
But it's not just the look, it's that it actually works again. That's the most important and it sounds like yours does.
Good for you, man! And thanks for sharing.

Quincy,
You are very welcome. You have to get to the point where you are 100% ready for an implant. For me, and many others, there comes a moment when you realize you have nothing to lose and potentially a lot to gain if you do it. Like any surgery, there are risks and no guarantees so you need to do everything you can to study and try to guide your outcome, but also need to be prepared there are guys who don’t get great results and you have to be willing to take the risk. No risk, no reward!
