This is an ongoing problem which has been discussed on this forum. Obviously your reservoir does not contain enough saline. The question has always been whether it is possible to add saline with a minor outpatient procedure or is the implant a closed system.

I don't know the answer but I think I will contact Coloplast. And yes, I think your surgeon simply underestimated how much saline you could pump into your implant.
