Probably a dumb thought, but don't AMS and Coloplast make enough money to have the damn pumps pre-
broken in? Just a little machine to squeeze it about 500 times before it leaves the factory? When is it the hardest to pump - right at the beginning when you're sore and learning to use it. They do want us to like their product don't ya think?
Age 72, wife is 52. 20+1 cm Titan Touch implanted by Dr. Kramer on 18 October 2017. Revision to AMS LGX 21+2 cm on 11 June 2018 by Dr. Carrion at Tampa General. Age-related ED + slight Peyronies bend (left) and slight hourglass in the center.

Then somebody would complain it was a used pump. It makes sense. They could change advertising to tout how each pump is tested prior to shipment. But then that may break the sterile environment.

you could get on the organ donor registry and hope for a used one, :D
updated: 70 y.o., implanted with titan nov. 3 by Dr. Brady in orlando to correct peyronies. 20 cm with 3 cm RTEs. due to the severity of the peyronies, some internal excisions were made scrotally, recovery will probably take a little longer.
