Looking for a doctor

Decision is made to go ahead with implant to cure the ED after prostatectomy. Looking for a surgeon in Washington DC/Baltimore Maryland area.
Of course Dr. Kramer is a name that keeps coming up and is local. Another urologist I've dealt with in the past is Dr. Arthur Burnett of Johns Hopkins in Baltimore. Anyone has experience with Dr. Burnett? I've made appointments to see both of them this month. Any thoughts?

61 yrs old, ED started after prostatectomy May 2016. Surgery May 11, 2018; Dr. Eid Titan 22.
