Erection pointing at 4-5 oclock

Why does my fully pumped erection point only to 4 or 5 oclock? Any way to get it to point at 2 or 3 oclock?

Early on after your implant surgery did you keep your pens pointed up and wear a jock or other tight underwear to “train” it to point up or out?

What helped for me is when i cycled i would point my erection up and hold it there with the waist band of gym shorts or pajamas. I also slept with partial erection (about 75%) leaving it pointed up and wearing compression shorts. Before long my erection was at 3 oclock or better. The results were permanant and it didn't take long at all. Try these suggestions. Im sure it will help.

How does this affect the penis when its flaccid?
I'm only 3 weeks out from surgery but mine is pointing straight out all the time and points out to the left.
I have no problem pointing up when inflated but it doesnt change much at all when its deflated, and I really wish it would drop!

Same here. My Titan is softer (more crinkly and bumpy) when deflated. But, it never goes flaccid. Pumped up it's at 4:30. Deflated it drops down to 5:00.

I'm at three o'clock all the time...erect or flaccid. It's just longer when inflated. But when unattended, it goes to 3 o'clock. I use one-size-smaller jockeys and point it up, or sideways, but to no avail. It comes back to 3 o'clock and makes my pants poke out. It is worst in a bathing suit. I look like I have a hard on all the time. But, you know, I don't care. No one looks at me any more and the implant works great.

DonDon, my implanted dick looks quite different uninflated compared to inflated (and it's not a very big one at all). I'm sorry you are having the problem of looking like you "have a hard on all the time" -- yikes!

I look like I have a hard on all the time too, and my underwear push on the head all the time.
