My peyronies had been progressing for about 2 years and had a pretty sharp left turn about half way down as well as a ridge of plaque along the top nearer the glans.
he did a relaxing incision on the mid shaft turn to the left. when he installed the titan, he left me about 90% inflated so that the incision would heal separated. a 10 week erection was quite difficult to deal with,
that side is now straight with no indentation or narrowing.
the end just before the glans has an upward turn, I presume from the plaque, which I hope will get better from cycling often. I'll be addressing it with the dr. at my apr. 18th appointment. of course since the peyronies had progressed and more plaque had formed, i lost length. I am about 5" now, very decent girth. i believe the ridge of plaque i mentioned is the cause of the length reduction and upward curve.
my dr. is a peyronies specialist and I have faith (so far) he'll get everything straightened out.
there are two things I recommend to people with significant peyronies:
- don't put it off
- use a titan
updated: 70 y.o., implanted with titan nov. 3 by Dr. Brady in orlando to correct peyronies. 20 cm with 3 cm RTEs. due to the severity of the peyronies, some internal excisions were made scrotally, recovery will probably take a little longer.

i was 7 to 7 1/2. by the time i came to accept that i would try the verapimil or xiaflex injections, there was too much plaque and too much deformity.
while i am disappointed with the loss of length, i'm thankful to have a fully functional and usable dick again.
peyronies doesn't get better. it only gets worse.
by the way, initially my insurance (a medicare advantage plan) decline coverage.
I appealed it and sent them an 8 x 10 close up picture of my deformed erection.
they reversed their decision.
that's how bad it was.
