First week down

Postby retired65 » Tue Apr 10, 2018 9:47 am

I've been cycling for one whole week now, 3-4 times a day, when I'm fully pumped it hurts not a lot but it hurts. So far I haven't had any problems pumping it up but pumping it down it's a different story, have to use both hands to release the fluid; even after pumped down my package is noticeable, my sister and the preacher's wife just love looking at me ... (just kidding  ) My questions: how long before the pain goes away? When pumping does all the fluid get used or some remains in the reservoir?

That would depend on how much saline the reservoir held to begin with. You probably do NOT use it all. The pain will subside with time... it is uncomfortable because you are stretching your penile tissue. In order to get fully deflated, you need to press the deflate button on the pump and at the same time squeeze the penis to force all of the saline back into the reservoir.

I have found that when deflating, it is very effective to lie on your back with a pillow under your ass. My logic is this system is all about hydraulics and gravity i.e. we don’t really “pump” fluid back into the reservoir; it only flows back, and the only force available to us beyond squeezing the penis is gravity. I do this in the morning to give me a reasonable flaccid on my Titan. I still have some autoinflate leakage back into the cylinders that, at four months post surgery is manageable and comfortable through the day. My wife says she can see it in my jeans nonetheless.
