Implant vs natural erection

Postby Nocturne » Wed Nov 16, 2016 7:47 pm

Does an erection via implant feel exactly the same as a natural one? Or are there slight differences?

My natural erections used to have more of a pressure or "throb" to them, like they were straining against themselves. Do implants provide that sensation? I know the "throb" must have something to do with heartbeat but does removal of the cavernosum eliminate this or can it still be felt?

Any other differences?
Genetically sky-high Lp(a) of 390 led to various heart diseases. Ultra-low testosterone of 120 (now 480 with Clomid) also contributed to ED at age 41. Managing with daily Cialis, but for me, the implant is a "when", not an "if".

My implant only has a slight tinge of a throb when pumped to the max but it is a lovely feeling as muted as it may be. To me it is not near like the throb of youth but I have no feeling in my dick or glans since the implant so may be much different than average.
Flaccid, my penis feels as normal as it ever did and very happy with that part which was the main reason I wanted an AMS.
Now that hard piece of junkyard scrap in front of my balls.....that is a whole different feeling. Even now I find myself shocked how hard and pronounced it is. If it were behind the balls instead of in front I think it would be less of a shock. Your balls never feel hard as a rock and like something out of a hardware store.

I'm new at this, only 4 weeks post op and obviously still a little sore, but have started cycling daily now. My experience is a little different than alibaba"s. My flaccid penis is kind of hard because I can feel the implants in there. Prior to the surgery I had a turtle of a dick and it disappeared unless erect so it was very soft pre-surgery. The new "hardness" doesn't bother me. I don't know if I understand the feeling of a "throb." My sensitivity is good and orgasms are good. My glans has feeling and is not floppy. My surgeon made sure of all that by getting the cylinders sufficiently into the glans. I hope some other guys post their experiences here. A lot of guys do have good results. Since I'm so new, I can't really give the whole experience.

I can feel the hard tips too and in some instances bend my penis and get a kink in the cylinders but that is a more of a searching feeling. When I say it hangs loose like normal flaccid and has a normal feel, I mean if you just reach down and grab your dick like you are going to pee or rearrange it, it feels normal. If you start feeling and probing, you find the tubing, the bump in the top, the places tubing makes a bend and such but overall without searching for those key areas, the rest feels like my normal pre surgery penis to my hands. Keep in mind, the new normal to you will be your normal after a while and the changes will not be so pronounced to you. The erection has a similar feel to the hand when hard. Not as round, not as fat, a little grainy for lack of a better word, not as smooth, but otherwise like a normal hard on to my hands. Being born with only 1 dick, likely the only model offered at the time, possibly a prototype, and having never held another dick this is a limited opinion.

I'm only one day post-op and I have the pulsating/throb feeling. I feel like I'm in control again already. Hope this lasts.

I am only 4 weeks post op too but mine does not feel natural at all. Flacid yeah its the same but my cylinders were undersized so i dont really feel erect as theres no pressure anywhere near the end. It almost feels like I have a semi.. when im fully pumped and should be in pain.
Ive experienced no pain when pumping up fully to the max how others have described. Im not sure how others feel

I've often wondered this question too... unless i take viagra I don't feel that pressure in my erections. I would assume the pressure of the cylinders against the skin produced a similar feeling? I hope so. Guys that have been implanted for a while please chime in!

Alibaba your dick is not round anymore? Also you said it's not as fat. I though the titan was suppose to add girth. Perhaps the lack of fatness is due to lack of blood flow to the corpus spongiosum?

That post is from 2016. Alibaba got "moderated" so he's probably not coming back, unfortunately.

Alibaba was an interesting guy and I enjoyed reading his posts. If you click on his username further up this thread, then click on "Search user's posts", you can find all of his posts, 2000+.
