It's been nearly 6 weeks now!
Everything has pretty much normalized.

My scar is maybe 10% visible.
Any pain has mostly subsided, other then when wearing the wrong underwear.
The right underwear is crucial.

I strongly believe that if you were to use a tight cock ring, kegeling in blood to fill your glans, it would become firm and full.

What band are you using?

People tend to underestimate how tight the band has to be. It has to be uncomfortably tight. To give you some idea of how tight, I have to remove the band after 15 mintures do to lack of circulation in the glans. You will only manage around 10 minutes the first time, maybe less.

But it works. It is the only thing that works for me.

I used the tension bands in conjunctions with the VED over 10 years ago when I first started addressing my ED issues.
In order to hold an erection outside of the tube I had to have the bands so tight that it was more painful than pleasurable.
I dont think they were Osbon tension bands but they did have the same design with the notch cut out on the bottom.
