Square-shaped dick

Before my implant (when I used to get an erection) my dick was round/cylindrical shape now after the implant the shape is kinda of square. Anybody else having this “new shape”? Will it stay that way or eventually go back to its normal shape?

Soon you will be able to put your square peg in a round hole.

Donnie, Been following your advise and working the round hole, shape hasn't change much but the Mrs and I are enjoying the "work out"

A dick with an implant inside will never become round again, it‘s just not possible. Square-shaped is an odd explanation, let‘s call it oval. I have a Titan which becomes much wider than an AMS. Men with smallish dicks normally get an implant from AMS. Because these implant don‘t get wide the dick will look more round. In other words it depends on what you have received from your doc, AMS or Titan.

Strong is right except for the part about smaller men getting an AMS. I am definitely the exception. It will probably never be completely round, but when it's hard and inside who cares.

His point is that the cylinders expand to meet in the middle and push the urethra and spongiosm down which rounds the penis out.

I just watched the video. By the way, where is Eid from, can‘t place his accent? Well, maybe it‘s true with a 'normal‘ penis but mine is really very wide. Must still measure it. It‘s definitely not round but oval.
