Update
Hey guys so I'm happy to say that I successfully banged a girl last night with generic viagra... I also went back on testosterone therapy. My testosterone was 266 and the doctor said that's pretty low for my age. Anyways I fucked her for like an hour straight and she came like three times but I couldn't cum but I'm glad that my penis at least works with generic viagra... im gonna hold off on the surgery until they lose effectiveness. And if i meat a girl I do like as a potential future wife I'll be honest with her and just tell her I need pills to fuck. For now I'm holding off on the surgery. The side effects kinda suck but they are tolerable... the worst part is the headache and looking tired the next day.
27, divorced no kids, ED since as long as I can remember, don't know the cause. Pills work but hate the sides/planning. Leaning towards an implant.

My Test was at 277. They put me on Clomid but I've been forgetting to take it as often. I really hope it isn't screwing up my body somehow since I haven't stuck to the cycle lately
26 years old. USA. ED problem since teenage years. Doctor prescribed ED meds showing some efficacy but not a guarantee. As much as I’d like the implant I now think I should hold off if I’m seeing some results from pills

Why clomid? I think the best would be test, hcg, and aromitase inhibitor.

Clomid is an estrogen blocker that tricks your body into making more test is what I've heard. It's pretty inexpensive

Being on test would eventually shut down your own testosterone production and have you relying on supplementing it. Clomid will boost your own natural production and also make you feel like crap.

Back to Antman’s Original post... congratulation! I think you are making a well informed and reasonable decision.
Based on my own experience, I am sure you will find enormous rewards in being open and honest with your lover.
Having sex with another human being is all about sharing ourselves and being honest only amplifies the pleasure we experience.

Yes I know it would shut down your own natural production .. however my doctor said I am primary hypogonadisn so my testicles don't produce enough test... cloning works for secondary. I'm also taking hcg to try to prevent fertility and testicle size.

Yeah my doc said I had varicoceles which may be the cause of low T

It is a drug that was designed for women who wanted to get pregnant. It actually consists of two different isomers - enclomaphine and zuclomaphine - one of which tricks your body into raising T and the other of which effectively raises your estrogen levels. So half of it helps you and the other half makes you feel worse. A company has been trying to patent a “brand new drug” that is really just the isomer of Clomid that helps low T guys WITHOUT the one that jacks up your estrogen and makes you feel like shit. If course the FDA has made a hobby of blocking this drug at every turn, because... Because the FDA hates low T men? Because many of the members of the FDA are grumpy post menopausal women who were left by their husbands and are out for revenge against all males? I really don’t know. Screw you, FDA.
Genetically sky-high Lp(a) of 390 led to various heart diseases. Ultra-low testosterone of 120 (now 480 with Clomid) also contributed to ED at age 41. Managing with daily Cialis, but for me, the implant is a "when", not an "if".
