Yes, I clearly understand that the tip should go part way into the glans but that does not inflate the glans. In fact, too far into the head and it will push any natural blood engorgement out. I think every respected implant surgeon will tell you that a 3 piece implant will do NOTHING to inflate or engorge the glans (head). That will only happen if your glans inflated during arousal before the implant.

My head is well supported as the tips are well into it. My head engeorges as with a normal erection. It is nice and full and penetration is easy. I might wear an adjustable ring just because it looks good, feels good, and it doesn't cramp my pump. I definitely don't need one anymore. Unfortunately this is not always the case. Whatever works for you. Do it. Just use common sense using a ring.
