Hello and a few questions

Postby rancher » Sat May 12, 2018 9:37 am

First, hello everyone. This forum has given me much information and the confidence to go ahead with my implant.
Got the implant April 27th. Got a Titian, 3 piece. Partially inflated . Still have some tenderness and trying to get used to the feel of foreign objects in my dick :? Doctor wants me to come back after 6 weeks for check-up and learn to cycle. I don't know if I can wait that long. I feel like , someone on this forum said, it's like giving a 12 year old boy a brand new bicycle and telling him he can't play with it for 6 weeks. Anyway, first question, is 4 weeks kind of the average most of you started cycling ? I can feel my pump (?) and the deflate button fine. Don't want to break it, but dying to "check it out".
Second question, and I know this will vary widely, but what was your growth ( length and width ) from partially inflated to after your started cycling for a while and being fully erect ? I've read a number of instances where guys were "short changed" due to various reasons and of course I'm hoping I'm not another statistic.

Anyway, hello, and thank you everyone.
I'm on the train and looking forward to the journey.

Welcome to the site. Congratulations for having the courage and making the difficult decision. Being on the train is not easy but stay on it. Follow your doctors instructions. I know how difficult it is to have patience with this but it will pay off. You can still have infection during the first month or so and do not do anything to that would give infection a chance.

I am just over 7 weeks post op and I started out cycling just over 4.5" and am now at 5.5" when I get things to work at max. I have a AMS LGX that will expand over time and am looking to get most of my original size back after a year or so. I am partially inflated when flaccid and am at about 4-4.5". Feels great. A rule I set for my self to give it at least a year before I would judge the outcome. Thing do change a lot during the first months and up to a year or more. It is difficult to do but relax as much as you can. Being well and whole again is where you are headed.

Take care and all the best wishes for you on your train ride.

I have an AMS LGX so my answers may vary from what they would be if I had a Titan, but wanted to giv you some I do anyway. My activation appointment was exactly at 4 weeks. I had to confess to my doctor that at 3 weeks I tried it out. He told me that was fine. I think the main thing is they want stitches to heal well before you start putting any kind of stress on them.

I was left partially inflated after surgery, but not exactly sure what percent. My guess is 75%. When I measured immediately after removing the gauze packing they put on at the hospital, it was 4.5”. By the time I started cycling after activation and was fully pumped, it was 5.5”. Once I was fully healed and the pump bulb was broken in so I could use it more easily and therefore get more pumps on, it increased to 6”. My deflated size is 5”.

Best wishes to you. If you feel your stitches have healed, you may call your doctor’s office and see if that 6 week appt can be moved up.
