As stated almost ad nauseam Naginati knows not to put a ring on his penis so that is so tight it is painful to his penis. THAT part is just common sense. He does not know however and has not been told the likelihood that a ring that is somewhat comfortable to his penis might contribute to either the immediate failure of his implant or shorten the life of an implant. It is a very intelligent question that deserves either an intelligent answer or a: "hmmm, good question. I don't really know. Please let us know if you find a good answer."

After my Implant, I couldn't get 3 balls through a metal or glass ring. The stretch one worked but I really didn't need one. I think an adjustable one like '. Hardwear' horse shoe might look cool but couldn't be too tight. I used one to make my package more prominent. Now it's not necessary. Also no problem with engeorgement of glans. My Urologist did a terrific job

Do you have soft glans?
I thought I had read that you have soft glans although well supported by the implant

It's true that the tips go well into the head, however, my glans is always nice and firm. My Implant sealed some of the leakage. When stimulated, my dick head is nice and firm.

This might be somewhat off topic but for those that don't know, about 2,000 mg of L-Arginine 30 minutes before sex helps blood flow. GNC makes an L-Arginine & L-Citrulline mix that it is even better. I know, I know, the point of the implant is to eliminate that hassle but just so you know, it is relatively cheap, no bad side-effects. Bodybuilders use it to increase circulation during and after workouts. I have used it for years with Viagra to intensify the results and it very clearly does work.
