I sincerely believe that if you use a surgeon who knows what s/he is doing, you will not lose any size. (In my case, it took some time, but I am back to my original -- meaning pre-prostatectomy -- size.)
4.Im very active with sports especially cycling ,soccer,squash will it affect my sport activities (what if the ball accidentally hits my scrotum or penis ) will it cause serious harm ?
I don't know for sure, but I wouldn't think that having an implant would make a ball hitting your scrotum or penis cause more harm.

Guys thanks for all your replies but my question about safety with sports remains unaswered i am physically active thanks to my quest to beat ED i have very youthful energy and extremely active for my age i play a lot of contact sports and i wonder how that might affect the implant ..lots of running sprinting in soccer, squash, badminton and a lot of cycling too..Will it not affect my implant cause it to move or shift or fail ..even the reservior ...i wouldnt want to compromise my active life too(within reason of course)

Also women would wonder why you have no erection during foreplay then the next minute... you disappear into the toilet and hey presto you return with a rock hard erection.

Also is it easy to have implant removed and reffited , and how many times can it be done ..in case of failure or issues .
I am arranging to book an appointment with the surgean for an initial chat before i speak to my partner i am sure she will frown upon the idea but heck theres no other way

I tend to use delay sprays in my days when ED wasnt too bad or when viagra was working ..to prolong my sex session because i had a poor refractory period ...will I be able to use delays sprays to prolong the session ...on a very relaxed day in the right mood i can last enough ...but when i get this bionic dick ..i guess theres no more a need for delay sprays as theres no more refractory period as my dick will till be hard even though i have cum a ..meaning the next session say 5 minutes after round 1 will be less pleasurable for me but to keep my partner happier ..just pumping away just to keep her going...cant wait to have this dick (if i decide to go 2 weeks off work to catch up on lost sex time 6 years ...cant wait to be my old self again...
