iam a week away from get'n my lgx 700...iam 43 just had a kidney transplant...through that and meds and an sexually accident...before all this i was 7"+...now 4 to 5"...WHAT CAN I EXspect after surgery????? anyone??? ballpark?? will it ever b the same?? anyone know the sizes they have to choose from??? thanks in advance[*]

your doctor should have given you all of these answers when you first saw him/her.

Texass...your size implant will be decided on the operating table...they'll fill your cavernosa with fluid to create an erection and then measure the size of them. You've sure been thru a lot at the ripe young age of 43.

Your post surgery size is hard to say. Some guys lose length, others not. Each person is different that way. I lost my length when i had my prostatectomy...about 1.5 inches, I believe. Don't seem to have lost any from the implant, however.

I’m having surgery 3/21 and will be getting a Coloplast Titan. My doctor said for me to stretch my penis in a sitting position. This will be the length with the implant. I have 6.5 inches sitting or standing but would be happy with 5 hard ones. He did say that I would probably have an increase in girth.
