Cold head.....
'I'm really gonna cold cock you baby'*.......(but I'd never hit a woman). Seriously, I've had "cold head" for over 5 years. My first (inept bastard) surgeon damaged something, I'm sure. After my second and third implants, the "cold head" hasn't been quite as bad, but it is still a "reality". Mostly, I just deal with it. I sleep nude but keep a sheet kinda wrapped between my legs. Sometimes I'll "get cold" sitting at a slot machine at the casino and "discreetly" sit with a hand in my lap. Amusingly, it bothered me most when a girl was "riding my face" and my dick was sticking straight up in the air. I'd often take a face cloth and put it over my dick. Then (slow learner) it occurred to me that I could simply keep it between my thighs while I sucked pussy.
As it might seem with 3 implants in 5 years, I've had a few problems but......I CAN FUCK!!!! It has all been worth it!

I have had cold glans ever since my RARP. I was judging dog trials in winter, riding a quad standing up. The glans got so cold I thought my dick would freeze off. Dr Perito says you can get trimix gel from a compounding pharmacy. I think you put it on and into the urethra. The urethra is what supplies blood flow to the glans. The gel needs a prescription. I am thinking of asking for it. Perito also says you could inject trimix into the glans. OUCH! I aint doin that. It was bad enough stabbing the shaft.

I have that same experience. Inflated or not. I just assume it is another thing I have to live with.
Married 71 yrs old Implanted 5/30/18. AMX 7oo cx ms 18 cm with 1 cm and 2cm rte. ED for many years. Pills stopped working and injections sort of helped. I sure miss the inch I lost but it works.

I have been using the TriMix gel...... About 10 to 20% of a syringe (with no needle) every few days. Dr Perito prescribed it for me when I discussed difficulty reaching orgasm with my most recent implant. (I can orgasm by myself "flat fucking" on the bed watching porn but have difficulty going "over the top" with a girl). I rarely used the first "batch" and it went out of date. I've been using a smaller amount of the new "batch" (which seems "hotter" than the first batch) . While I'm still not having the phenomenonal cowgirl orgasms I had with my 2nd implant, I am having small to wonderful orgasms with girls again. Last week with my "Japanese Ferrari" I was super sensitive and had a great session and a very powerful orgasm.
But we're talking "cold head" here. Since my first implant over 5 years my head has been cold and the "top" of my glans has been a " grayish" color. It would "pink up" some during a very hot shower and during sex. Now the color is much better and the cold head is much less frequent. I'm "two of ten syringes" into this "cycle" of treatment. Yep, mine gets cold but mostly when I'm lounging around the house nekkid. I like to keep it mostly inflated (like post-op). A baby sock works, but doesn't stay on well. Finally got some of these underwear from Amazon and love them. Helps protect it from banging into things and reduces rubbing sensation when sleeping. They run very small. I'm a 34 waist and wear the XXL. They're pretty stretchy, so maybe up to a 38 waist might fit in the XXL.
