The doc kept me inflated about 90% from day 1. You know how the burn comes on during cycling at high pressure? Can only stand it for 15 minutes? Try that for 4 solid weeks. Then he says wear it up or down. Not taped up position. That was easy. It would not point down if I hung an anvil on it. THEN, I asked if I should move the pump around. He says don't touch it, and I , like a fool followed his advise ( YOU always say follow the docs orders), ended up with the pump firmly attached to my left testical. Testical was right against the release button block. 2 months later, I finally got it moved over. Called him at 1 week and told him I wanted more pain meds and asked about being pumped so tight. He said he has better healing results with the high pressure process. He denied the meds. Luckily I didn't use all mine from the RP. A wonder I didn't become addicted. He retired last months after dishing out torture for 30 years. He was the chief URO at USC KECK university hospital. I wonder still if he passed on his healing technique to all his students for the last 30 years. For newbys that read this, If your URO has a diploma from USC, ask specific questions.
